K2 Consignments

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

-  All items must be in good or new condition and free from faults such as holes, fading, tears, pulls, pilling, marks pet hair.

-  Garments must be freshly laundered, in good shape and tagged for the sale. 

-  Shoes must be clean inside and out, with soles and heels in good or new condition.

-  Electronic items must be in working order with batteries/power cords.

- Items must not be broken or damaged or dirty and cleaned before brought to sale. 

- Sellers must sell their items with intent that there is no fault to the product or item to their knowledge and is considered safe to sell.

CONDITIONS

-  K2 Consignments will act as an agent and sell clothes on consignment.  You will receive 70% of the selling price, volunteers who complete a 3 hour shift will receive 85%. 

-  Prices must be set by the seller. 

-  K2 Consignments reserves the right to decline any item from the sale. 

-  Once the sale is complete, sellers have the option to collect their unsold items. These MUST be collected within the provided timeframe. All items left not collected will become the property of K2 Consignments to use and donate to their discretion. 

-  When dropping off your items you will be asked if you would like to collect any unsold items. This must be indicated on the items tag as well as the seller's inventory records.   

-  All items will be taken into sale on the basis that you accept all risk of loss or damage, including shoplifting.  We will do our best to ensure your garments are and held and kept in the best condition while your items are with us.
